Dilute 1 sachet (6.1 g) in 250 ml of still water 1 to 2 times a day, depending on your fluid needs. Cetohydro compensates for water and mineral losses linked to the increased diuresis of the ketogenic diet and helps maintain electrolyte balance, reducing fatigue and cramps. Its probiotic yeast supports the intestinal flora challenged by dietary changes.
Directions for use
Ideally consumed between meals. Adjust intake according to physical activity or heat. Compatible with all KetoM+ products.
Composition of a sachet
